Virgin Atlantic are an airline based in Crawley, UK.

Virgin Atlantic Holidays were looking for ways to enhance the experience of booking a holiday through new modalities - so I worked with their team to help produce an AI chatbot which would converse with customers about their holiday desires and then suggest the best holiday package for them.

Later on, I consulted with the Virgin Atlantic team based in Atlanta to build their new website.
