• Owned the technical relationship with TD Bank, translating enterprise requirements into a delivery roadmap and holding it through to release.
• Built client-specific requirements as reusable platform capability rather than bespoke customisation, so every feature TD paid for strengthened the product for the rest of the ecosystem.
• Delivered against Canadian data residency requirements, part of the wider multi-region architecture that later unlocked launches in Australia and Asia.
• Managed expectations across a large enterprise client with its own security, compliance and change processes.
