Technical lead on the MINI.com website, from inception through to delivery.

• Ran a build-and-present cycle with the client: concepting components with my team in London, then travelling to Munich each sprint to present, gather feedback and adjust.
• Led the team delivering the full site build once the core component set was agreed.
• Led development on the MINI Car Configurator, working in Munich for six months alongside NTT and the internal BMW development team.
• Coordinated delivery across three organisations with different processes, tooling and languages, on a system central to MINI's sales funnel.

The configurator was later adapted for the BMW website, and I upskilled the internal BMW engineering team so they could own and evolve it after the engagement ended.
